The economics of charter flights demand that the flights should operate on the basis of near 100% seat occupancy, and  there are always discounted flights if the salon is not fully occupied and you even can obtain a ticket twice cheaper from its initial costs. 
But unfortunately, low price means the standard of seating and the level of airline service may be lower than on scheduled airlines.
