UK Seaside Resorts -- Fun, Frivolity, Fish and Chips!

Hastings is the most beautiful city and sea resort among UK seaside resorts, million of Englishmen are coming to the city every year in order to enjoy sun and sea. The city is in 95 kilometers from London. There are very comfortable transport communication facilities between the capital and the resort. Another resort at seaside is Bournemouth which is also very popular at southern seaside of Great Britain.

Bournemouth is very popular resort at seaside of Great Britain. Several millions of tourists are coming here every year in order to rest at
beautiful beaches. Here there are very favorable conditions and an atmosphere for studying the English language; as well as for making an
acquaintance with other foreign students. Aspect Bournemouth school is located in the separate building in the center of the city; there is also a specialized library, cafe, free Internet access. Another UK seaside resorts like Bath, Purbeck, Chelthem are also very popular among local people as well as among foreigners.

Another UK seaside resorts are such well-known places like Bath and Swonenge. Swonenge is a capital of Purbeck Island which is in 2.5 hours distance from London. Swonenge is a very popular sea resort at the southern seaside of Great Britain. Swonenge is famous by its long, spacious sand beaches with ecologically clean water and beautiful landscapes.

Guests of Swonenge are submerged into safety and calm atmosphere of real relaxation. Swonenge has very mild climate mostly thanks to its geographical location. An average temperature during winter months January-February is neither too cold nor too warm. In Swonenge there are a lot of entertainments of different types including traditional bars, wine pubs, comfortable cafes, carnivals, fairs, festivals with live music, movie theatres, theatres, disco clubs, a lot of museums etc.

Speaking about such UK seaside resorts as Bath, Chelthem and Wales-super-Mer we should mentioned that they are seaside recreation areas with perfect mineral sources which were used as early as Romans times.  Bath remains very famous spa resort in our days where hot baths, thermal waters, curative mud and aromatherapy are widely used for treatment. The climate in Bath is mild, moderate, damp and a little warmer than in other cities of Great Britain mostly due to Golfstream influence. Bath is surrounded by very picturesque outskirts: hills and green valleys.

Bath is very beautiful city located on the Avon river side on the west side of Great Britain. The city is characterized by compactness and
expressiveness of its architecture Roman domes and Georgian terraces which makes Bath one of the most elegant places in Europe.

Ancient Celts who were the first who made their homes in this area had strong believe that warm springs of Bath are holy, and Roman were the first who had constructed here temples and famous domes which now have been restored to their original view. At the beginning of 18th century Bath became very popular English resort where rich and  high rank members of modern society gathered together in order to soak in the waters and enjoy visiting the theatres and concert halls of the city. During this period of time John Wood; the architect, initiated a new Georgian city what added unique maturity to Bath.

Among UK seaside resorts area there is such small and picturesque country as Wales. Wales posses a lot of places and monuments which can be proposed to the tourists. Impressive mountains, pictorial sea sides, rapid rivers, fresh green valleys and the most numerous number of medieval temples and fortresses in Europe. Thanks to all the above mentioned Wales is very attractive direction for traveling.
