Added: 02/23/2006

A visit to an amusement park is number one choice for many families. Amusement parks cater for new terrific experiences, thrill and enjoyment, memorable family weekends and long-lasting impressions. Some of the parks are small and cozy, while the others make a boost in all amusement industry and legend in the history. Visiting a small amusement park is a serene family enjoyment; visiting one of the world's famous is a lifelong memory.

Some people avoid visiting amusement parks due to their fear and it is quite clear that not everyone is able to resist thrilling live shows and blood-chilling amusement rides. However, today's amusement parks have a multiple choice of attractions, suitable for people of all ages and conditions. There are always safeguards to observe the safety and security of the visitors and warnings on the attractions' availability according to ages and abilities of each individual. As a rule, disabled people apply to a special service, where they will be advised what attractions are suitable for them.

Moreover, today's amusement parks are more of inclusive resorts than of simple attractions, as they feature hotels, restaurants and numerous cafes, adjacent or inside the area. They are also more than amusement parks with a number of amusement rides and live shows, since there is frequently a perfect mix of a theme park and a zoo or an amusement park and an aquarium. Consequently, there is something for everyone, including new knowledge for a child, a thrilling experience for an adventurer and a complete rest for an exhausted executive. Nowhere else, but in the amusement parks, you will feel such an accumulation of joy and happiness, interweaving with squeezes and squeaks of thrill and delight. You cannot but take into consideration one of the best examples.

The Paramount's Kings Island is an ultimate venue for thrill, fun and excitement. Numerous attractions can amaze the most imaginative imagination. The Delirium is a virtual attraction, when you are being caught in the heart of a storm, rushing through the air out of control. One moment you are suspended upside down, you are rushing face-first toward the ground, and then nearly upside down again all in seconds. The Flight of Fear is the world's first linear induction launch coaster, catapulting you from 0-60mph in four seconds through four inversions. The Beast is the world's longest wooden roller coaster for over twenty years running through the wilderness and dark tunnels at the speed of over 60 mph. The Tomb Raider is the descent into the ancient tomb, full of razor-sharp stalactites and roiling and red-hot lava pits.

Along with intense coasters, there are amusement attractions only for enjoyment and fun. The Adventure Express takes its passengers to a fantastic adventure on a runaway mine train. The Eiffel Tower is a one-third scale replica of the original Eiffel Tower, from which you can enjoy the most spectacular park's views. There is a steam locomotive, traveling through the woods along the King Island railroad toward the WaterWorks; and numerous water and river adventurous rides and attractions are amazing.

The Boomerang Bay Water Park Resort is a marvelous kingdom for exploration, recreation and research with its thirty water slides, hurtling rivers, tropical lagoons, waves for surfing, three activity areas for families and scenic waterfalls. Enormous opportunities for dining, wide choices for accommodation and welcoming guest services complement to all the variety and diversity of the Paramount's King Island.

This year the amusement park tickets are available online at thirty four dollars and ninety nine cents for one day (http://www2.paramountparks.com/). E-tickets are available any day you want to visit the Paramount's King Island from April through October, 2006.
