The Pre-Conference Workshops, held on Sunday, March 5, bring operators in early to learn from the best about their chosen field in nine workshops. Attendees will learn about the latest on operations, promotions, marketing, signature beverage sales, safety and security issues and much more.
The educational opportunities continue in the Full Program Track, offering more than 80 seminars led by industry experts determined to make on-premise operations lean, mean and profitable. The learning isn't limited to the educational sessions. The Sunday Power Lunch brings several industry heavyweights together to share their wisdom. The Market Maker Awards on Sunday evening at Caesar's Palace will be the opening reception for "The Show." Nominated by the Nightclub and Bar Editors' Top 100 bars and clubs in America and voted on by the readers of Nightclub and Bar, beverage brands will be recognized for their contributions as leaders in sales on-premise. Both nominees and winners will be recognized.
Oxford Publishing will award its Five-Star Awards to key concepts and promotions in both the on- and off-premise sectors. Nightly networking events at exciting venues, hosted by key beverage suppliers will include a tour of the top nightlife spots in Las Vegas.
New features of the exhibit hall this year include Culinary Concepts and Innovations, a special area hall by Viking Range; the Latin American Pavilion; and the Fresh Cup Pavilion, featuring specialty coffees and teas.
