Chinese is the most popular language in the world. More than one billion people in the People's Republic of China, PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other places in East Asia speak Chinese. Significant populations of people who speak Chinese also live in urban centers around the world. For example, San Francisco has the largest Chinese-speaking population of any city outside of China.
China like most things, is the emerging study abroad country. Every year the number of students going to China to learn Chinese or rather Mandarin increases dramatically. From emerald green paddies to tumbleweed stretches of the 2,000-year old Silk Road; from violent typhoons to mountain blizzards; and from the Terracotta army to the skyscrapers of Hong Kong, China is vast and varied. In addition to its breathtaking landscapes and rich history, the world's most populous country pumps with a pace of change that is overwhelming and intriguing, especially considering its context.
The primary mission of EducAsian language service is providing their program participants with the optimal conditions for the study of Mandarin Chinese in an effective and fun manner.
