Since its foundation in 1965 Tokyo International University has been constantly developing targets, which reflect concepts of genuine internationalists. They are focused on playing a positive role in the society by upholding the vision of the future. Three pillars of the educational system of the university are determined in the light of internationalism and penetration of cultures: foreign language education, information education and limited-enrollment education.

Asian universities have gained the reputation of leading educational centers worldwide. They make themselves conspicuous due to their high indicators of academic and research performance.
