Most drinks we take are somehow useful: juice contains vitamins, tea is freshening, even coffee is constantly proved to do good. To conclude, it should be said that if you are pursuing the aforementioned targets you are to buy only high quality wine.  Buy red wine only in special wine shops.  Give preference to fine and ordinary wines of reliable producers, the former wines being produced from the best sorts of grapes and kept in special tuns for two years; the latter bottled without ageing.  Pay attention to shelf-life conditions to save the product taste.  Buy wine in small batches trying to test different sorts of the spirit.  And don't economize on good wine.  Remember: this way you economize on your health.
