Clubs with their centers complex operations especially when compared to all other lodging and hospitality operations and are unique and rather whimsical. Each of them has its own direction, and it's up to club general managers to ensure that direction is maintained. Like a range of clubs including country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, rowing, sailing and tennis among others and, though all of these clubs are different, they still have something in common - the idea of serving its clients. But if people like to attend these listed establishments, why couldn't club organize a certain club for themselves? But, differently, instead of relaxing they are concerned with serious tasks.

The definition of management seems to be the most complicated and vague word and is hard to remember just because it unites many spheres of people's work skills to any application. In fact, mangers wear hundreds of hats and perform millions of different tasks. In order to oversee the running of entire clubs they must have an incredible eye for details, great organizational ability, an immense reserve of energy and the ability to hire and to fire people, manage the budget, decide wages, negotiate contracts with suppliers, plan renovations, and many more tasks.
