All rooms are fully-furnished and, apart from the small budget room, all have desks. There is a bathroom with shower facilities on the top floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. The rent for a single study bedroom ranges from £21 - £29 per night and for the double room with private toilet/shower facilities, £24 - £36 for single occupancy. The rent for the small room is £17 - £22 per night. The exact cost depends on length of tenancy and includes local taxes, maintenance and television licence. Temporarily leased houses furnished are deliberately located in close proximity to Institute.
A warm meal, hot shower and cozy bed available in houses are simple things in life that many people take for granted. It's those basic things that become the foundation for starting a new life.
