Arriving at the Sea Cloud vessels is like finding yourself in the world of a fairytale - there is a warm reception and all the modern facilities are waiting and ready for you to have the time of your life. The German line Sea Cloud Cruises operates four elegant vessels - the Sea Cloud and Sea Cloud II, the cruising areas of which are the Mediterranean and Northern Europe, and the River Cloud and River Cloud II, exploring the Dutch and Belgian waterways, the Rhine, Danube, Main, Mossele and Po Rivers and Venetian Lagoon.

The first ship of the company's fleet was the Sea Cloud, which E.F. Hutton built for his wife Marjorie Merriweather Post. Designed in a way to satisfy caprices of a very refined woman, it set a worthy standard for the other Sea Cloud vessels. All the ships are perfectly equipped for the cruises and feature a marvelous décor, exemplifying the traditions of the thirties.

The five-star River Cloud is an ideal cruise ship from the point of view of its brass and green marble décor, engineering, accommodation and service. Already arriving at the ship, you will feel the care and attention of the staff - in your cabin you will find a bottle of cold champagne and a basket of fresh fruits. There are six junior suits of Category A and thirty nine outer cabins of Categories B and C.

The junior suits, located on the promenade deck, include everything you need during your vacation: a sofa, concealed TV with video, panorama window, dressing table, minibar, closet, a queen size bed and a bath with a shower, WC, marble sink, hairdryer, outlet for razor and glamorous golden fixtures.

The cabin deck is occupied with double bed and two bed cabins. They are not as spacious as the junior suits (the size of the former - 140 and 129 sq feet respectively, and that of the latter - 205 sq feet), however, as far as the amenities are concerned, there are practically no differences.

Only the most delicious dishes of the North-European and Mediterranean cuisine are served in the restaurant on the promenade deck. What can be better for a good appetite than such an exquisite meal, an atmosphere of hospitality and a charming view out of the window? You will pleasantly spend the evenings in the bar talking to other quests, relaxing and listening to live piano music.

The lounge in the bow of the ship is a place, where you can have a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon or listen to a presentation or an entertainment, while the views of towns and villages are changing before your eyes.

The Sea Cloud vessels offer all kinds of facilities to make you feel at home at ease. Onboard the River Cloud a hair salon, a boutique, a library and a fitness area are available. Even during your vacation you will not have to be doing the things you are used to.

Evidently, all this is also true with The River Cloud II, another inland cruising ship of the Sea Cloud vessels.
