The website is published in English; however, the Spanish and the French versions are currently being developed and one's enquires, made in these languages, can be attended by telephone or e-mail. The Carjet website is operated by Travel Networks Europe Ltd, but the worldwide on-line business has the center on our sinful Earth as well. Reservation departments operate from 08:00 - 18:00 GMT hours, every day of the year including Sundays & Public holidays, and the 7 days a week telephone support that makes the communication handier.
A Jet car can be paid only with Visa or Master Card, but not with American express or Diners Cards. The explanation is based on high discount rates on sales, some 4% higher than Visa or Master Card, which would force the Carjet to increase the prices.
All prices are given in Euros, but it is generally known that better than business can be only the international business, so quotations and generate price lists are supplied in 26 currencies.
For such currencies as the British Pound, the US or Canadian Dollar the values shown are a daily "spot rate" based on the exchange rate of the day. Dealing with currency operations, Carjet use the services of Xenon Labs a Netscape e-commerce partner.
The company also warns that there may be a small difference between their quoted value in one's currency and the final charge, processed by one's credit card company, when non-euro currencies are changed. There was also a phrase that once a sale has been processed and receipted they would not modify the Euro price for any reason, including currency conversion rates.
