Who says you can't take your family pets on a trip? Today you can discover more and more pet-friendly establishments all over the world.
Gabriel's Apartments and Guest Rooms not only welcomes your family pets but also offers the discriminating traveler a lovely spa-like inn experience.

You will also find the town to be home for a diversity of non-human companions ranging from pot bellied pigs to Boa constrictors to dogs, cats and birds of all kinds.

The grounds of Gabriel's are lush and beautifully landscaped. The property offers spacious areas for guests to lounge on the sundecks after breakfast or read a good book with afternoon tea. The inn is conveniently located two blocks from the bay beach and is steps away from the Bas-Relief Park. The bas-relief sculpture seen here was first built to commemorate the actual first landing of the pilgrims in 1620 before they sailed further west to winter in Plymouth. This grassy area is a popular spot for dog walking and people watching - remember your plastic bags.

Gabriel's offers weekly summer get-togethers for guests as well as a sauna, steam room, two outdoor hot tubs, VCR's and free video library, exercise equipment, bikes and massage by appointment.

Provincetown's pride is its pristine nature. 90 percent of the town is actually comprised of National Seashore with several self-guided nature trails. This leaves visitors with large expanses of open dunes, pine forests and several salt-water marshes. The town's coastline is a thriving ecosystem of birds, fish, and wildlife.

If you really want to explore Provincetown it's best to park the car and go on foot with your animal companion. Any way you take will eventually lead you to the beach. The town's shops, restaurants and galleries spill into delightful little neighborhoods like lanes for visitors to explore in a carefree, sleepy setting.

Bring your family pets' favorite toys, food, dishes, leash, collar with ID tags, grooming supplies & medications. If your pet likes to be up on the bed, bring a cover for Gabriel's bedding as well. Maintain suitable feeding and walking schedules; if you are concerned about barking, a portable kennel can provide a safe and familiar environment for your family pets especially when you leave your room. These measures will help adapt your pet to its new surroundings.
