Located in New York City, at 150 West 57th Street between Metropolitan Tower and Carnegie Tower, the Russian Tea Room is a well-favored restaurant opened by members of the Russian Imperial Ballet in 1926. For many years it has served as a gathering place for Russian expatriates. Recently the funding group of Russian Tea Room has aired the intention to enlarge the building of the restaurant in order to create 17 condominium apartments.
