Our life is full of extremes, and it seems that the more we live, the more sophisticated human extremes become. This point highly concerns our eating habits. Centuries ago, humans started eating prepared food, fried in the fire or something like that, and, probably, they did not even consider that the inhabitants of the industrial society would come back to eating fresh meat and fish.
