Known originally as Bear Country, one of the themed lands at Tokyo Disneyland, Critter country got its current name in 1988. The park's proximity to the Waters of America makes it one of Disneyland's quietest lands and a wonderful place to relax on a sunny day. Critter Country is also home of the Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes. In 2002, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh was substituted for The Country Bear Jamboree.
