Each cabin on Costa Classica is air conditioned and contains a double bed, a telephone, a hair dryer, satellite TV, a minibar-refrigerator, personal safe and a closet. Every stateroom except category 1 is equipped with an extra bed. In the suits one can find a hydro massage bath and a
sitting area.
In the process of reconstruction the new public places were built and the existing ones were refreshed. The ship now has to offer Piazza Navona, including a dance floor, a stage and a bar, the modern Puccini ballroom and the two-leveled theatre Colosseo, featuring excellent shows, funny and interesting to all multilingual spectators. Costa Classica offers all necessary services to make you stay on board carefree: 24 hour room service, dry cleaning, laundry, a beauty salon and a hospital.
The weak point in cruising Classica may become unpolished service and inconsistencies in food quality, which varies here from simply insipid to excellent. The Italian dishes are not on top and many Classica passengers say they never tasted the worse pizza than that on this ship. The main dining area Tivoli Restaurant on Costa Classica is rather noisy. You should also remember that Classica aims at the multilingual European population and all the announcements are made in six languages. However, most of the reviews on this ship are quite positive and the authors affirm they enjoyed their experience very much.
