Established as a companion to the Wine Museum, the Olive Oil Museum is situated in Bardolino and housed in medieval houses within the town walls. Featured by the museum are exhibits that display different methods used to extract olive oil, with the displays ranging from the simplest techniques to current oil production technology. Also on display are stone wheels, ancient lever press, screw presses, furnishings and utensils.
