Black Rock -- frequently referred to as the Rainbow Country for the diversity of its population and abundance of flora and fauna, Trinidad and Tobago is a nation in the southern Caribbean Sea, located some seven miles off Venezuela's coast. The birthplace of steel drum music, limbo and calypso, the islands were more interested in steel industries and natural gas rather than in tourism development. However, the situation is different today, with more and more travelers coming to explore the destination and admire its natural beauty.

The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is an archipelagic state, located some seven miles off the Venezuela's cost. It comprises two main islands and 21 smaller islands, the largest and the most populated of these being Trinidad. The place is best known for its pre-Lenten Carnival, as well as steelpan and calypso music. The diverse religious and cultural backgrounds within the country allow for a number of ceremonies and festivals to be held throughout the year.
