Cancun, Hot Bikinis and Big Sombreros!Cancun is one of the most modern and most visited resorts in Mexico, a place for everybody, from students on a strict budget to the rich and famous from all over the world. Situated on the tip of the Yucatan peninsula, it is connected to the Mexican mainland by two bridges. A fascinating Jungle Tour Adventure takes place in the Nichupte Lagoon and the Mangrove Forest, where one can drive a two-person speedboat and head to Punta Nizuc, part of one of the largest coral reefs in the world.

It has both outdoor plazas with small shops and markets where you can stroll and dine in one of the numerous cafes, and large modern indoor malls with international brands stores for those who like everything in one place.

For someone looking for a calmer atmosphere the city offers jazz and piano bars, as well as those with traditional mariachi music. In spring a huge Spring Jazz Festival takes place in the city.
