Budget hotels - economize on accommodation!If you are going on a holiday for pleasure or on business and don't want too much money to be spent on accommodation, you should look for budget hotels. The cheapest hotel chains are rated as One Star or in some cases are not graded. They offer hotels that meet the minimum standards of accommodation and service. Budget hotels provide clean, safe hotel rooms equipped with comfortable beds, en-suite bathing facilities. They normally have very few of the extra amenities found in more expensive hotels. All budget hotels have color TV's, however air conditioning is not always available. But almost all of these hotels now have Internet presence. Rodeway Inn and Sleep Inn are international chains with a large network in the USA. Sleep Inn hotels offer brighter lighting and large, walk-in showers. Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn hotels feature rooms with brighter lighting, large button TV remote and alarm clock, lever handles on doors and faucets and free in-room coffee. Travelodge Hotels have basic pet-friendly policies, and AmeriHost Inns are equipped with a large indoor pool, have in-room coffee service, and free, expanded continental breakfast (bread, jams, coffee, milk, juice etc).
Sometimes famous hotel chains that are generally expensive offer budget hotels. The example is Fairfield Inns of Marriott chain. These budget hotels have nice properties and moderate prices, ranging from $40 to $65. Anyway, you can choose hostels - they are even cheaper. They usually have Internet access and free breakfasts. Hostels are no longer "youth hostels". Travelers of all ages all over the world now stay in these accommodations. If you are not much concerned about comfort, budget hotels are for you. While economizing on accommodation, you can save money to be spent on entertainment, excursions, sport activities and so on. Fortunately, nowadays there are plenty of budget hotels world-wide.
