The family members who are invited to crystal wedding celebration are supposed to make an anniversary speech/toast. They should take great care not to include a joke which will slight/insult either partner. It is both of them that are celebrating their anniversary and they should be able to enjoy it. If the gust wants to include a joke in their speech that may be considered risky he/she should be sure it is told in a third party i.e. “I knew a couple who were married...”

This idea will help make crystal wedding original. Use the year theme to wrap your gift or trim it with any item made from that year's material, for example put the gift in a crystal vase. If you present you darling one with earrings, a ring or a tie pin put it in a crystal jewelry box.

Finally, the celebration will be unforgettable if you arrange a family portrait. If you are having a family gathering for the anniversary these are ideal times to have a portrait done of all your family.
