As a youngster I never understood the principals behind yoga. All that stretching and pinning your feet behind your head. For me it was push-ups and sit-ups or nothing at all. Little did I know that yoga is harmonious approach to education and teaching of the child, it will help a lot. All yoga positions for kids are very effective. There are a lot of useful yoga kid's poses, which are intended for body's improvement and for calm and clearing of mind. Even if children do only basic kid's positions it will bring positive results. Please remember that.

Our modern life doesn't leave us a lot of free time. Frequently it results that we have not time to take care about our children. As a result we cannot keep an eye after that how they develop, what character traits they are getting. That entails many problems, and certainly sometimes we do not notice first signs of some illness. Our children become angry and greedy, they become selfish, also they start smoking, taking drugs and so on. It is all very regrettably. And it's our duty not to admit that. The time of doing yoga kids' poses can vary, however it must not exceed the maximal time which is allowed. Also it is impossible to do various kinds of racks and other difficult exercises if the child is younger than twelve years old.

As for the food and having meals, there are no special diets, however it is recommended to use healthy food in moderate quantities. However, before doing exercises the stomach should be empty. All poses should be accompanied by normal breath, it is not necessary to breathe very deeply or to hold your breath.

There are a lot of different yoga positions for kids in yoga. Each of them is special and brings certain benefit for one's body and soul. Yoga basic kids' positions are subdivided into several groups. For example, yoga kids' poses for relaxation help the children to take off a tension and stress and restore viability of all internal organs.

Yoga positions for kids which connect with the children's breath teach how you should breath if you want to be healthy. The practice of the breath can help the child to develop the concentration of attention and calmness, and also clear and strong mind.

Many yoga positions for kids belong to the group of meditation exercises. When the child's mind is absolutely clear, then a deep internal calmness, pleasure and understanding open up. It is meditation.

Yoga is the best way for a child to become happy because when you can control your body and your mind, you can achieve success in everything.
