Laparoscopy surgery is diagnostic survey of abdominal cavity and its organs through a puncture of abdominal wall by the optical device- laparoscope. For the first time laparoscope was invented in 1901 by the Russian accoucheur-gynecologist D.O.Ottom. Laparoscope consists of trocar (stiletto with a case), lighting and optical systems, devices for a capture of tissue part or organ, foto-and film-shootings and roentgenopaque researches of bilious ways.
