Traditional vegetarian cuisine includes cheeses

There are two subdivisions of traditional vegetarian cuisine. The first one uses meat analogues, the food having the appearance, taste and texture of meats. It is usually used in those recipes that traditionally contain some meat. As for the second subdivision, it is the cuisine that has always been considered as vegetarian. There are also geographic vegetarian cuisine varieties, such as European vegetarian cuisine and American vegetarian cuisine.
