The thyroid cancer is not always a malignant tumor. But it has some peculiarities in the approach to diagnosis and treatment. Usually not only old people suffer from this disease. It is typically for young people. During the previous twenty years the quantity of the people who suffer from the thyroid cancer increased in two times. Because of influence of the ecology one should expect the growth of the sick people quantity and their death. There are many thyroid cancer types. But nowadays there are different ways of the thyroid cancer treatment.

Also it is important to confirm or not to confirm the thyroid cancer. A doctor has to decide what methods and in what sequence they should be used in order to make the medical examination enough economical and that every patient would use it. It is known that there are twenty complications, which appear before and after the operation. So, the doctor has to inform the patient about possible complications. The operation is the most effective treatment methods.

During the operation usually a part or the entire thyroid is cut out. The thyroid cancer treatment has one peculiarity - it is possible to treat metastasis. Usually it is done with the help of iodine. Its usage allowed improving the treatment results. When there are popular thyroid cancer types usually radiotherapy, chemotherapy are applied.

Thus, the thyroid cancer is found on the early stage with big difficulties. But there are some ways of its treatment. They are an operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, combined and complex methods. The radical treatment is the operation. But one should not forget about the complications after the operation. Before making a diagnosis the doctor must analyze everything. The results of the treatment of the thyroid cancer types depend on the stage and right approach. All the patients in Stages I, II and III manage a full recovery, with IV stage - eighty-seven per cent of patients are able to rehabilitate.
