The hot room attendants

Added: 01/06/2006

All about hot room attendants and sauna - a history and features of the Russian bath, the Finnish sauna, a Turkish sauna and the Japanese bath. The bath, electric-bath attendant, sweat-box attendant are not ablution, since the most ancient times its curative properties have been known, and their popularity grows with the years.

The hot room attendants and similar procedures strengthen the cardiovascular system, strengthens your lungs, promote the normalization of blood pressure, and help treatment of traumas, dislocations, stretching, illnesses of kidneys, and many others.

The high temperature accelerates your metabolism, influences the skin, and destroys pathogenic bacteria and fungus. Sweat cleanses your body from toxins and slag. However, that is not all.

The hot room attendants are the whole philosophy. The superfluous proof is considered to be existence of national traditions, which allows you to judge the people who generated them, and a climate in which this people live. But whether it is the Roman terms, Turkish or Finnish saunas, a task is to heat up air and steam, and sometimes even water makes steam lighter. Light steam is not only a familiar expression, but also the term designating as much as possible dissociated steam which droplets of water which have possibly a smaller volume. The ideal variant is a mixture of air with water at a molecular level. How did our far ancestors extract light steam?

The Finnish sauna won world popularity of hot room attendants. It is
well-known, that at a high humidity it is more difficult to maintain in high temperatures. Each people have chosen a concrete combination of these two characteristics on the customs. Finns started with baths in a black way but preferred heat and pour less water more often. In the Finnish saunas, the temperature can reach even a hundred and forty degrees. However, relative humidity thus does not exceed 5-10 %. Russian broom, in such conditions, dries up rather quickly. Russian bath is not ventilated, it is aired entirely - as the heat, reliably hidden inside the furnace, will not damage. As for the Finnish hot room attendants, such full airing would be pernicious, but also to be in so hot a heated room without the inflow of fresh air is practically impossible. Thus, in the Finnish sauna, prototypes of modern ventilating and exhaust systems have appeared.

Turkish sweat-box attendant. Asia became the native land of the cool and damp bath. The temperature in them is supported at about 30-40 degrees, and relative humidity can reach 100 per cent. Clearly, it is impossible to create light steam at such low temperatures directly in a steam room. So, the East has demanded development of steam and gas generators and systems to deliver hot damp air. They reached and promoted the maintenance of light steam thanks to good warmed marble walls and floors. A Turkish electric-bath attendant, in opinion of its adherents, has clarification not only corporal, but also spiritual.

Mass distribution of Turkish baths took place after the prophet Mohammed had declared that warmness increased fruitfulness and, accordingly, the quantity of Islam followers. Turkish bath leads the history directly from the antique, and in particular from the Roman term. They borrowed both registration, and luxury, and system of pools with water of different temperature.
