The history of vegetarian tradition is traced to ancient
The million-year history of the vegetarianism proved positive beneficial effect on human?s health and mind. Despite obvious facts many ill-informed people go on endless debates on the topic of insufficient amount of all necessary ingredients in the case of vegetarian diet.
The problem needs detailed research in all variants of vegetarianism: part vegetarianism, lacto vegetarianism allowance of dairy product consumption), ovo vegetarianism (eggs consumption), lacto-ovo vegetarianism(eggs and dairy products consumption), macro vegetarianism (beans and other grains consumption following the special well-planned and balanced scheme) , veganism (excluding of all possible animal based products and consumer ingredien6ts), raw food eating (though sometimes the vegetarians of this type allow temselves tending to slightly cooked food consumption), pesco vegetarianism (fish and sea products consumption), mixed types(different combinations of available), etc.
One of the best examples for discussing the problem is sport. A great number of sports vegetarians gained perfect results in certain sport and showed world best results.
Sports vegetarians favorite diet is lacto-ovo one although other variants of vegetarianism are spread as well. Experienced sports vegetarians dietitians prove that vegetarian diet is even recommended and preferable to most sportsmen. The recent research works show that plant food contain all essential nutrition ferments and at the same time these agents are much easier to be digested by human?s digestive tract.
The complex of plant products (fruits, vegetables, seeds, beans, sprouts; eggs, fish, dairy products, in accordance with some vegetarianism variants) includes carbohydrate, all necessary vitamins, folate, plant saturated fats, protein, zinc, copper, etc. So the first and most important task of sports vegetarians dietitian is to plan and balance vegetarian diet for the certain sportsman.
The experience of many sports vegetarians for example such as (Sam Cassel and Muhammad Ali) proves that vegetarianism can help sports men to gain the success and victory. The professional vegetarian dietitian is able to choose a proper diet from the list of available vegetarian dishes (in accordance with necessary strength). Although most strength athletes are meat eaters it is clear at the moment that meat consumption cannot influence the benefit of performance. The best nutrition system for all even strength sportsmen is considered to be vegetarian diet with consumption of eggs and milk. The result level of sports vegetarians is much better than in the case of meat eating in many cases.
