Today?s list of available diets can satisfy even the strictest person, no doubt the most popular diets are headed with vegetarian ones where the most leading is the part-vegetarian diet. Many experienced diet-holders believe that this variant of vegetarianism is the most effective and beneficial for physic and psychological health. That is why most public men follow the path exactly of the part-vegetarianism.

-    porco-vegetarianism (porco-vegetarians allow themselves to consume pork);

-    repto-vegetarianism (reptiles are the best choice for this group of vegetarians).


In any case part-vegetarian diets the vegetarian consumes mostly vegetables, fruits, beans, seeds and other common plant products. Semi vegetarianism is a perfect rescue for those vegetarians that cannot become full vegans because of doctor's contra-indications.

The official structured level in the USA part-vegetarian diet got in 1947 when the American Vegetarian Party that had at the same time political character. Some even believed that political nature can spoil everything without exception. This tend is speeding up both in Eastern and West countries but it is more popular in West.

Only in the case of direct strict following of all rules it is possible to gain all benefits and advantages of vegetarianism: allergy absence, significant health improvement, weight control, energy refreshment, the satisfaction of keeping religious and family traditions.
