New Zealand models are represented by Kylie Bax and Rachel Hanter. The former girl was born in New Zealand but moved to New York for fame. She became Karl Lagerfeld's protégée thanks to her hair cut. She signed contracts with numerous agencies, worked for a lot of exclusive fashion houses and took part in the campaign advertising products of different companies. Rachel Hunter has developed both acting and modeling careers.

The former one was born on January 5, 1975 in Thames, New Zealand. The girl spent her childhood at parents' horse-breeding farm. Kylie's mother was a model, so it is not difficult to guess whose genes the girl has inherited. It was the agent from Clyne Model Management who discovered Kylie in one of the shopping malls of New Zealand.
Kylie is one of those New Zealand models who was discovered in native New Zealand but moved to New York to make a successful career of the model. It is worthy of note that like most New Zealand models Kylie tried herself in acting. She appeared in 1999 in The Big Tease and Storm Catcher. In 2000 she appeared in the comedy We Married Margo and in the thriller Jill Rips. Later that year she also acted in Tied Up, The Bone Ripper and The Leatherwoman.
After that the girl switched to the films oriented for teenagers. She played a role in the romantic comedy called Boys and Girls. Kylie acted with Kristy Hinze and Ines Rivero. In 2001 together with Carmen Electra Kylie appeared in Get Over It with Kirsten Dunst.
