Needle Aspiration Biopsy -- Painless, Efficient and Saving LivesThe biopsy analysis is used for diagnostic purposes and it is used in cases when the doctors must find out about the type of the tumor or some abnormality that is found in the organism or in some organs. One of the most frequently used types of biopsy is needle aspiration biopsy and it is mostly used for the diagnosis of breast cancer.

The post biopsy period of recovery from the operation also depends on the kind of the biopsy done. If it is a surgical biopsy some stitches are made and after two or three days the patient can return to the normal life but for two week he is limited in physical exercises. After the needle biopsy the remaining incision is tiny and it does not need any stitches so the patient usually is ready for usual life immediately after the procedure.
