Naccas Is The Abbreviation For National Accrediting Comission Of Cosmetology Arts And SciencesNaccas, which can be de-abbreviated as National Accrediting Comission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences, is an absolutely independent, autonomous accrediting commission, which is recognized in the United States. Naccas has the status of a non-profit organization. It was founded on the basis of the Delaware Corporation. The main offices of the National Accrediting Comission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences are located in the state of Virginia, in the city of Alexandria. Naccas is the organization with a relatively long history of existence. It was founded in 1969. The National Accrediting Comission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences was constituted from two minor accrediting organizations. As the result of their blending a major accrediting agency was formed. It acquired the name of Cosmetology Accrediting Comission, which can be also referred to as CAC. The year of 1981 witnessed another important event in the history of Naccas development.
