Multiple Agendas Types -- Helpful for Business as well as Personal Life

Most of people are constantly experiencing difficulties with their personal or business time planning. Every day we are faced with lots of work to do. We must have time to do everything we need to run our life and gain control of our life. But there are so many things to do, so many places to be on time, so many opportunities to catch. And we do gain control of all the above, because we have various agendas types. The simplest of which is an ordinary pocket weekly planner.

Agendas types: what are they and what agendas types exist nowadays? An agenda, also called a weekly planner, an organizer or a personal journal, is a book or a booklet of various sizes with blank pages ruled into day, month or even hour information columns.

It may also contain fields for additional information and commentaries; supplementary sections for addresses, phone numbers, zip-codes, e-mails, fax, etc. or information of common character (calendar, a list of holidays, addresses and phones of some government organizations, etc.). It may also have pockets for credit cards, calling cards, discount cards, etc.

It should come as no surprise that there are a great variety of electronic weekly planners, agendas or journals. They are the result of modern progress and computer technologies development and allow storing good amounts of information with having great possibility to refresh the data stored or delete them. They are often equipped with ring tones and alarm for giving a signal for having something extremely important to do, a clock, etc.

All agendas can be classified according to the following criteria: materials used for their production, their contents, and their size. As for materials we can say about such agendas types as classical leather agendas (with leather coverings), plastic agendas (with plastic coverings), electronic agendas and a lot of intermediate types.

As for their contents there are such agendas types as weekly planners, personal journals, writing folios, etc. As for contents we can distinguish between small-sized agendas (pocket variants; pocket weekly planners for example) and middle-sized ones (large size agendas are very rare; but some exclusive variants do exist).

Weekly planners are books of notes which consist of blank pages ruled into columns for separate days of a week to fill in one's personal or business activities for every separate day of a week. They may contain some additional information or that of a common character but in rather moderate quantities, the main part of such agendas is devoted to the fields helpful for every-day planning to keep one's affairs in order.

They may be represented by pocket weekly planners or middle-sized weekly planners. The most prestigious variant of such agendas types as weekly planner is a leather planner being widely used by businessmen.

Personal journals are almost the same as weekly planners but they are larger in size and have more fields for additional data and personal notes. They can contain more information and are intended for rather long time (longer than a usual weekly planner). They are very popular not only with businessmen but also with creative people and artists, and of course... with women.

Writing folios will be more helpful for creative natures because they consist mostly of pages ruled into fields for personal notes and have fewer amounts of agenda pages comparing with weekly planners or journals.

As you see agenda books will be in great help both for a student and for a businessman; they can be very useful for an artist and for a house-wife, etc. In other words, an agenda book is a very useful and handy thing! Happy writing!
