Miss USA pageant is a popular beauty contest which has annually been held since 1952. It was introduced in order that state-level beauty contests winners not to be confused with contestants in the Miss America beauty pageant. One of the pageant's officials has recently explained to mass-media that it was rather simple decision to organize the next Miss USA pageant in Baltimore.
