Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney among the strongest male bodybuilders

We have singled out such male bodybuilders as Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney. Both of them are famous for being the winners of Mr. Olympia contest eight times in succession. Lee Haney broke the record of Arnold Schwarzenegger. But it is worthy of note that Lee Haney did not confine himself to body building. He also wrote books, designed fitness centers and worked out training programs.

Speaking about male bodybuilders we can't but mention such celebrities as Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney. The full name of the former one is Ronald Dean Coleman. He was born on May 13, 1964 in Louisiana, USA. The man has been the winner at Mr. Olympia eight times. He is considered to be the leading jockey among male body builders. Ronnie has been the winner of the contest every year since 1998 till 2005. It is IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilders) from where the sportsman comes from. Ronnie is the winner not only at Mr. Olympia. He holds the record as an IFBB professional with the most wins. His record is 25 wins. The previous record was held by Vince Taylor with his 22 wins. The record of the latter was broken by Ronnie Coleman in 2004. Coleman graduated from Grambling state University after getting the degree in accounting. While being a student, Coleman played football. After graduation, Ronnie became a police officer. He is still working as a reserve officer. Coleman is one of those male bodybuilders who support the Inner City Games. This is an organization that Arnold Schwarzenegger founded in 1991. Ronnie Coleman is one of those male bodybuilders who have their own philosophy. He represents the so-called "old school" of bodybuilding. This school stands for powerlifting, compound but rather simple movements with free weights. He uses machines very rarely. Traditionally, the man trains six days a week. Ronnie is considered to be one of the best male bodybuilders in the world along with Johnie Jackson. Coleman has his own training videos. For example, his video The Unbelievable shows the activities of the man during his preparations for Mr. Olympia competition in 2000. Another video of the bodybuilder is called The Cost of Redemption. The man has a great number of titles. Another bodybuilder is Lee Haney. He is recorded in the Guinness Book of world Records. He is known as a body builder, author and entrepreneur. He has taken part in the Life Styles of the serial The Rich and the Famous. But traditionally the sportsman is recognized as Mr. Olympia. The phrase that is usually associated with the man is "TotaLEEawesome". Haney got the prize in 1984 and held it during eight years in succession, thus setting a world record of all times. The man was born in 1959 in South California. He was going to become a professional football player but a leg injury killed his dream. In order to regain his strength, Lee began to lift weights. Through self-motivation and hard work Lee became the best bodybuilder of the world. While being an amateur, he won Mr. Universe and Mr. America. When he became a professional bodybuilder, his first win was the Grand Prix in 1983. In 1984 he won his first Mr. Olympia title. In 1991 the man gained his eighth victory at the contest thus breaking the record of Arnold Schwarzenegger who had been the winner seven times. It is necessary to say that the man is a very creative person. He wrote books, designed several training programs, established different fitness centers.
