Make up Your Own Meal Replacement Plans.

Added: 11/03/2005

There are some diets on which you have to drink much liquid and you have to eat very little. The meal replacement plans are not really hard because drinking much liquid will help you get rid of the feeling of hunger. There are many types of liquid diets like the low calorie liquid diet and the full liquid diet. You will get the information on these types of diets in order to get healthier and to feel fresher.

The meal replacement plans are designed for those people who have experienced some operations or are to sick to chew or swallow. These people need to be kept on a liquid diet. The liquid is not used so often as a long-term diet and despite the fact that it helps the organism to feel fresher and more purified, during this diet people have a low supply of vitamins, like B12, vitamin A, and this diet is poor in iron. These meal replacement plans can't last for a long period of time because people on this diet have experience a loss of energy.

The low calorie liquid diet means that a person who is on it may eat some food; however, this food is poor in calories. The poor in calorie foods are perhaps baked potatoes, baked vegetables, like cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, or some other vegetable. During this type of diet, a person may drink juices made from both vegetables and fruits. These juices are extremely useful for both sick and healthy people and if the person is sick, he will get many of the vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the organism's health to be renewed quickly. People sitting on this diet may also drink natural fruit teas. Coffee and alcohol on this diet are not something that you should be drinking.

Many people after their operations stay on the low calorie diet and the full liquid diet depending on the type of operations that they have had. But, the meal replacement plans may also be set up for the purpose of getting slimmer and losing weight. This is called the commercial liquid diet.

These kinds of commecial liquid diet are also used in doctor's practices. The patients that are fed on the common diet, show good results in recovering but every diet that a person is on should not be used for a long period of time. This is because the diet means that the organism will lose vital vitamins and microelements.

The meal replacement plans are very highly advertised but keep in mind is not sufficient entirely for athletes. In fact, the diet is undesirable in the cases when a person does a hard, physical, and intellectual workout. Sportsmen, who train for many hours and have professional trainers, are forbidden to be on these diets while in training.

The liquid diet should be kept up for a short time. It should only be used for those people that are sick or wish to lose a lot of weight.

The commercial liquid diet is a very radical diet and some food may be eaten on the diet. However, the drinking of liquid must prevail on this diet. People who would like to keep on the commercial liquid diet their weight must know that they may lose weight too quickly. So, they risk losing the firmness in their skin because your losing skin mass and the skin may lose its elasticity. Also, because of losing weight fast, the organism may experience much stress and as a result of this stress, may develop some kind of disease or infection. Therefore, the organism's protective powers will be weakened.  A person's body that is used to fat and fried foods in large quantities will not accept another type of food at once; it might accept this kind of food in the worst way. So, the transition into the diet must be quite slow and not abrupt. After the diet, must eat regular food slowly and then return to their previous way of eating, but with better preferences of food. In short, the way you eat must be healthier.
