Hot and cold ultrasonic machines - alternatives to janitor works

Added: 10/31/2005

Hot and cold ultrasonic machines offer a five-fold increase productivity for cleaning advanced materials, including glass, ceramics, silicon, precious stones, etc. Ultrasonic machines have been considered by the scientists to be the best cleaning devices of the 21st century. Great bio effects and safety of ultrasonic machines made them legendary in cleaning business worldwide.

Ultrasonic machining (USM) employs high-frequency, low-amplitude vibrations to create holes and other cavities. A relatively soft tool is shaped as desired and vibrated against the workpiece while a mixture of fine abrasive and water flows between them. The friction of the abrasive particles gradually cuts the workpiece. Materials such as hardened steel, carbides, rubies, quartz, diamonds, and glass can easily be machined by USM. Cleaning is common for all repairs. Acceleration of cleaning processes was achieved with the help of special cleaning technology - hot and cold ultrasonic machines. They allow cleaning small parts with a very little disassembly. It makes cleaning process fast and reliable. Hot and cold ultrasonic machines' functionning is based on one principle of cleaning - vibration iside cleaning fluid. Special cleaning solutions are required to be used, to provide the maximum level of bio effects and safety, or else ultrasonic vibrations may cause breaks down of machinery. Parts requiring special cleansing are placed into the tank of the ultrasonic machine, then the machine starts running, and a special cleaning solution should be delivered. In general, it takes less than a minute to clean any part (including removing of the caked-on grease). Hot and cold ultrasonic machine consists of electricity generator, the transducer, which is the middle element in the hot and cold ultrasonic machines, and the tank, which is filled with water while working. Electricity comes to the machine's transducer from generator. It is dragged down into the water from the tank. The transducer produces almost invisible bubbles that are generated by tiny sound waves. Both waves and bubbles cannot be seen with the naked human eye. The bubbles are bursting during the whole process, they do not have air in them, so they generate heat and vacuum and clean the dirt away with the help of these two components. As experts insist, hot and cold ultrasonic machines have serious advantages over other cleaning devices. First, and the most important one, is that almost all kinds of work can be done approximately in 15-20 seconds and at the same time it does not matter what kind of material it is cleaning. As a result, it saves money, time and manpower, which would generate a sufficient profit to the company or other businesses. Next advantage is that there are very few chemicals that are required as part of cleaning fluids .So, hot and cold ultrasonic machines are considered to be rather clean from the environmental point of view and provide people with bio effect and safety for people at work. In tough metals, the crack size needed to cause fracture at typical working stresses is several millimetres or more. Cracks this large can be detected by, ultrasonic sound machines (non-destructive testing, or NDT). Such cracks can sometimes be produced in welds, and so welded structures such as gas pipelines and oil rigs are inspected by NDT hot and cold ultrasonic machines. Nonetheless, not many people know much about all advantages of hot and cold ultrasonic machines. Their applications can range from everyday life uses in computer electronic devices, to antiques and medical equipment servicing.
