 Grace Grimes - one of outstanding fitness models

Grace Grimes is one of the well-known fitness models nowadays. We are here to provide you with an overview of her fitness career and peculiarities of her personal life since childhood. Today she is a famous fitness model, who is still training and helping women in reaching their fitness goals. She says she is inspired by them on a daily basis. Grace trains a team of women for Doctor Phil Show – it’s a great experience for her she admits. The doctor has also trained the US army brigade.
Grace Grimes is one of the most recognizable fitness models, who has done her best to attain her aim. Fitness models have good appearance, perfect health and brilliant performance records thanks to special fitness tips, daily exercises and proper nutrition.
She has always been considered to be a Midwestern girl. She was born in Ohio and was brought up in the so-called “leave it to beaver” lifestyle. Grace Grimes went to Sunday school and made dashes for the ice cream truck (that chimed down the street during the hottest part of a summer day). At the same time, she hit the A&W Root Beer stand with her mom and dad on Saturday nights.
It’s interesting to know that Grace Grimes was a girl-scout. Her parents used to send her to the special girl-scout camp every year. She loved it! She was the girl who didn’t like to sit around and play with dolls.
She was considered to be somewhat of a country girl and at the same time – a tomboy. Grace drove her parents really mad and crazy by collecting various bugs and frogs! However, even then she had her so-called soft side: she would sleep with all of her stuffed animals so that none of her parents’ feelings were hurt by being left out.
Being a grade school student Grace Grimes was one of the “big girls” (for some people – even one of potential fitness models). She belonged to the girls who mature earlier at that age. She was a good student; however she could sometimes be somewhat of a bully. As a matter of fact, she liked to monopolize monkey bars. She hated having her pictures taken, because they always seem to be not good enough.
Things changed a little when Grace started her studies at high school. She discovered that she was looking “manly” and therefore she put up her best feminine routine and maintained her tough girl edge. While growing up Grace Grimes was all the time independent and said what was on her mind. It worked well for her and her future career as one of the fitness models. It’s interesting to mention that she was voted to be the person whom people wanted to figure out better. It seems to her she has always been hard to be figured out for the reason she had lots of friends from different social groups and different interests in life. She used to take people at face value and could never put up with negative attitudes.
Like another fitness model, Aja Perkins, too many hours of hard labor and too little pay got Grace eventually into the fitness business and she became one of the most popular fitness models. First she got the desk job she hated. And then she realized that she couldn’t be the desk person and wanted to build a new career to keep her personal sanity. She became more intense and confident. She has always admired sexy and muscular people and wanted to become one of them. Thus, after looking for various inspirational pictures on the Internet and different fashion magazines, after doing much exercise and changing her nutrition, after getting the personal certificate from ACE she became a fitness model, who is nowadays known all over the world.
