At the same time dry skin care means it is necessary to avoid swimming in pools and spa baths. To seal in moisture in the skin some oils to bath may be used. Avoid alcohol-based products, use only natural creams and lotions containing lanolin. Such remedies may applied on the face, elbows, hands or other skin parts where it can be necessary. Unfortunately, this will help you to maintain your dry skin in a good condition, but usually such dry skin care doesn't' help in reducing the number of lines and wrinkles.
