These days you can hear quite a bit of discussion regarding so-called soft drugs like cannabis or different sorts of hallucinogens and the possibility of these soft drugs becoming legalized. Supporters of soft drugs claim that they are not so addictive and do not damage your health, but in many cases the statistics says the opposite. There are countries where soft drugs are legal to use but is it a positive experience?

In official and casual interpretation there is a certain difference made between hard and soft drugs. Though there is no fixed definition of the term hard drugs but it generally it refers to illegal drugs (for example, opiates such as cocaine) that cause severe and strong addiction. Soft drugs (such as marijuana or hashish) on the contrary result only in slight psychological dependence.
