Brief Kundalini Yoga Review

Kundalini yoga is a discipline of meditation that includes a set of uncomplicated techniques, which uses the body, senses and mind to create a communication between "body" and "mind". In our brief Kundalini yoga review, we will be analyze several interesting facts about Kundalini yoga poses and Kundalini yoga positions, because it is very important for successful meditation.

Kundalini yoga concentrates on the body's potential and psycho-spiritual growth for maturation, bringing individual consideration to the role of the endocrine system and spine in the yogic awakening understanding.

Kundalini yoga review begins with some interesting facts about its practice. The Kundalini yoga practice includes a great number of
concentration degrees, breathing patterns, characterological cultivations, expressive utterances, movements and bodily postures. Our Kundalini review is proceeded with the meaning of the 'kundalini' word. That word has a very difficult meaning, something like "the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved." As you probably understand, that is a metaphor, a literary way of describing the energy flow and consciousness that exists inside each human being. This integration of universal consciousness with the individual consciousness is said to create "yoga," or, as it is also called - "divine union".

Nevertheless, according to many meditation teachers and the Transpersonal psychology school, it is not well-thought-out to engage in meditative practices and exercises, such as Kundalini yoga or any other yoga type, without a credible teacher's guidance, or without the comprehensive foresight of the selected divine path.
