Aromatherapia is the use of the perfumed oils of plants for psychological and physical influence. It is authentically confirmed that scented oils were widely applied more than 6000 years ago in Greece, Rome and in ancient Egypt. Doctors consider that regular use of scented oils can restore balance and harmony in a person's body, while at the same time calming the mind and soothing emotions. It may seem to someone that all scented oils are absolutely harmless, as they are widely available in stores and boutiques.
