Vegetarians are in a way right in denying meat, but it should not be applied to little children and ill people. From meat we get lots of useful elements and vitamins. Milk products and eggs are the best riboflavin sources and vitamins sources in general. And we surely should remember about limits. The most part of all vitamins cannot be stored in organism for long.
So, there is no need and reason to eat too much raspberry at a time for example. It will do only harm to you, as well as overeating in general. It is better to eat several times a day but have little meals, than have one huge meal. It will let your organism to fill up vitamin sources during the whole day.
So, a healthy way of life consists of several things. As it has been already said we need to eat regularly. We need to have a kind of timetable. Doctors say that we had better go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. We should not go to bed too late. As Coco Chanel once said, what so interesting should happen after midnight that I will sacrifice my sleep? Everything that is usually said or happens after midnight, you have already said and experienced. It is good to sleep no more and no less than seven or eight hour per day.
There is time when you work the most effectively and there is time when you relax with the greatest pleasure. And the former is in no way more important than the latter. Learn to enjoy your time and get more vitamins!
