I was driving my car along a twisty lane about ten years ago when i saw a young lady walking in the rain, being a gentleman i pulled in and asked her if she wanted a lift.... no she said my dads going to pick me up was the reply..... so i honoured her wishes and drove off.....as i watched her in the mirror she dissapeared.....i braked went back and walked the road....nothing not even a cricket!.....funny enough later that week i was chatting to a friend who told me that a couple of years before some young friends were driving that road when they hit a tree and the car burst into flames killing all the passengers!
