Religion - A comment on the first question

By Steve on 27 Aug, 08

Of all the things religion could be
By reason of consciousness
Conscious, however dimly, of another
And being that other
And yet
By reason of consciousness
Seeming not to be

This the sense of possible union
The possibility of coming home
Of being who we are
Of returning to the source

Is there a soul separate from the body?

By Becky on 13 Jul, 08

This is a difficult problem. Who is the 'I' that distinguishes you from me? Perhaps the question should be, does life have a beginning or an end? How could we measure that? Any of you familiar with Zeno's paradox knows that travelling along a path is impossible to measure as each time you move half the distance remaining you will never reach the end, you are in fact travelling infinitely. Tell me your thoughts please....
