The craps play appeared in America

The craps play is the game played with two bones for two and more players. The craps now managed to win the interests and people excitement all around the world. The name "azar" comes from the Spanish word, which means unsuccessful throw at a bone in a game, failure. This Spanish word, in its turn, occurs from Arabian "azzahr" - a bone.

In France and in England the azar players used a word "crabs" for a designation of an unsuccessful throw, after which the two or the three dropped out. Gradually the word was transformed and began to sound like "craps". In the beginning of XIXth century the Negroes living in vicinities of the New Orleans began to try craps play. Game rules became simpler and the game began to refer to as craps.

Craps play is the game with the use of hexahedral playing bones. Nowadays it is popular in many countries of the world, especially in the USA. There it is one of the most widespread games in a bone in a casino.

The craps is played on a special table, with special marks for this game. The game space shares on fields according to rates. Though there are some variants of a marking, basic distinctions between them are insignificant. The marking is planned so that the gambling institution had the guaranteed income of each rate.

The description of craps: how to play.

The number of players is not limited, and players can be included in craps play or leave it in intervals between draws of rates. Bones (two) are thrown by one of the players (a thrower). The game will consist of two stages. The first stage consists of one throw, which is fraught for the thrower with three opportunities: the thrower loses at once, if throws out 2, 3 or 12 (the points called craps). The second stage: the thrower throws bones till the victory repeatedly. The seven means loss. In craps play players can conclude the diversified bets among themselves, make rates on this or that result of the game, loss of this or that sum of points, combinations of points, etc.

The central bet. The thrower makes (and if he does not want - does not make) the rate that he will pass (i.e. he will win at the first or second stage of a game). This rate is played, certainly, on turns of support from other players.

The collateral bet. Players make rates to see if the player passes or does not pass, whether this or that drops out concrete points, whether the thrower throws out craps, idiot, etc.

A through passage bet. Players argue (in the beginning or during the game at any moment) - whether the thrower passes or does not at the following nearest throw.

As each player can simultaneously participate in several bets the game can turn its back to him, to give a prize and loss simultaneously. We suppose that the thrower has concluded the central bet, a through passage bet and collateral bet in the beginning of the game that at the first stage he would throw out certain points - 4. If he throws out the idiot (7 or 11) at once, he wins the central bet (as has passed), a through passage bet (as has passed at the first throw, at once), but has lost for a collateral bet. If he throws out four the collateral bet is won by him, the through passage is lost, as he hasn`t won at once. The player goes on throwing bones to decide the destiny of the central bet and by that to finish the game.

After the termination of a round, the bones are transferred to another player under the arrangement. It is possible to transfer bones in the certain order (clockwise, etc.).
