However, it is possible to say confidently that by the huge popularity of a blackjack dealer it is obliged to the USA. About forty years ago the mathematical theory of this game also appeared in the USA and it continues to develop further, so the blackjack dealer has passed a huge way till this time. The first part of our articles is devoted to mathematics of a blackjack dealer. And in the subsequent parts we will talk about good luck and bad luck, about psychology of players, about what is possible to see in a casino and what can be learnt there. The profession of a blackjack dealer has some historical roots, as well as many other games. Therefore, there is nothing strange in a little difference in rules in the different countries and in different casinos. In England and other English cities it`s usually played so-called English blackjack, and in the capital of gambles Las Vegas, as well as in other American game centers, a game is arranged in another way. Nevertheless, the blackjack dealer work is the same even in Las Vegas gambling institutions, where the variety of blackjack impresses enough. We will lay off studying of all these versions and we will choose quite certain variants, which we will consider thoroughly. As this variant is taken for a basis in the majority of the casinos, we will conditionally name its standard. Now we will look through the rules of standard blackjack. Then we will pass to the strategy of the game. In addition, certainly, we will not forget about rejections from the standard which we accepted. Six usual 52-card packs participate in the game from two up to an ace, i.e. 312 cards form the big pack. The blackjack dealer distributes cards from the special adaptation - the small box; called sabot or shoe (both words in French and in English mean a boot, shoe). Kings, queens, jacks and tens are estimated in 10 glasses. All these cards are equivalent and for simplicity are called as tens. The colors of cards have no value. The purpose of game is to collect cards with the sum of points possibly close to 21. Twenty-one is a maximum, the surplus results is defeat at once. The value of cards increases when the points rise. One specification is the necessary truth: an ace and ten are called blackjack and are considered to be the most significant combination. This combination surpasses any other card, making twenty-one points. All players behind a table play against an institution which is represented by the dealer (croupier).
