THERE IS A TIME AND PLACE FOR A 4 BY 4

The CO2 wars this is my viwe ..well one of 3 infact
Its been in the news now for ages, I have lost count but 4 + 4s seem to be bothering green peace and our government ...cars infact but manly 4+4s.
You know the government they drive BIG Jaguars and BIG Mercs with BIG engines that needs LOTS of FUEL!
Yet they want to tax US...humm right. We need Robin Hood and we need him because and WE all know this, the government are taxing us because they are greedy and want our money...even if we are poor or middle class.
I do agree with the fact women with kids shouldn't buy big 4+4s, sorry if you disagree with me...but I have a point to make.
4+4s are off road cars and they are huge, I can understand why farmers use them they have lots of mud on farms a Range Rover is very useful.
But a big off road car for small trips like taking kids to school is a bit daft, My mum and I have found when driving to and from places in the Vauxhall Astra (small, practical car) we get stuck behind women in 4 +4s ...and if its happened to you, you'll understand me when I say its like being stuck behind a caravan. I don't hate 4+4s I think they are great for what they were built to do. These cars are built for travellers, zoo keepers, farmers...and I think Ellen Macarthur could have one.
But for school runs or to show you have more money then I...err wrong. Use of a four wheel drive off road car...unless your kids school is in the middle of a desert or a swamp I'll understand why you would need one.
But all you need is a basic, simple hatchback and they are great car and popular everyone loves hatchbacks...there the pie of the Motor world...EVERYONE LOVES PIE!
So buy a hatchback as your family car and leave 4+4s for people like Carol Thatcher who does challenges and she's a bloody cool English women.
You don't need a 4+4 women it's a bloody big car and is not built for tiny, tiny trips and we don't care how much money you have we are happy with our life's...I hope I'm never rich I would give half to mum and dad haft to my brother, half to charities...a little is a lot and a lot is to much.
Hatchback and worrying how much I have in my bank that's the life for me!
