As it is known, the events calendar of the first Russian internet conference on cognitive science included four stages at the beginning, but afterwards it was devided into two main stages: 1) report examination and publication and 2) discussion.
It should be pointed out that a special slow rhythm of the given internet conference was firstly very unusual both for organizators and participators. Unfortunately, it became the main reason for which some reports were received too late and, as a result, the authors established a fact that they had no questions on their presentations. Despite a fact that a lot of researches were even not included into that Internet conference, in general, it was considered that the given event allowed to discuss and solve the present problems of Russian cognitive science completely, including the passivity and isolation of many research groups.
At first, the remote character of the given Internet conference was considered as its main disadvantage, but nevertheless then it managed to become a very important advantage.
Therefore, the following conclusion was made - the most significant advantage of an Internet conference was a splendid opportunity to discuss a lot of interesting questions by the help of a forum. The point is that the Internet permits to avoid various trips and to work despite the constant movements of the conference's participators. In fact, the given feature solved the certain distance problems and allowed other foreign participants to take part in the internet conference.
In general, thirty two works were presented at the conference, which covered the problems in such fields as: linguistics, experimental psychology, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, neuropsychology of knowledge, mathematical and computer modeling. Unfortunately, neither philosophers no cognitive anthropologists took part in the given Internet conference.
In spite of the difficult selection criterions, the given reports were very different due to the level and degree of experimental data. As we can see "The postulates of classical and quantum models of perceptive actions" paper became the main reason for mass discussions among the participators of the Internet conference. The fact is that a lot of metaphors, built on the various conceptions of the physics field, were widely used in the given paper. As a result, both psychologists and physicists had a lot of doubts and questions on the acceptability of the given conceptions. The researches of other participants of that section covered almost all the levels of perception phenomenon, perceptive attention and consciousness and also all the levels of theoretical explanation.
In addition, it should be emphasized that unfortunately only a few papers, presented at the given conference, were entirely dedicated to the problems of memory research. The given fact is connected with a low people's interest in the given field in Russia. Nevertheless, it is quite clear that the necessity to develop the given field can appear in the nearest future. Hence, there is no need to exclude it.
