At the current exposition CommunicAsia Samsung has shown its full potential in terms of mobile phones manufacturing. 50 models were presented at the exposition, and each of them was worth attention. Such fashionable accessory as a digital camera was not left aside by the developers of this new mobile phone. Samsung D550 supports digital 1.3 mega pixel camera. Memory cards TransFlash for data saving are supported as well. Samsung D250 display works with screen resolution of 320x240 pixels and has 262144 shades of colors. This mobile phone also supports wireless technology Bluetooth and has USB interface. Phone dimensions are 95x48x23 mm, and the weight is 119 grams.
