The rating accepts more than one hundred thousands unique users everyday. It creates about three hundred thousands of the redirections to the Russian web sites. Geographical report functionality, the new feature of Top100, is characteristic and available in the latest version. Consequently, the statistics output interface has become worse recently. The Pricewaterhouse Coopers Company performed the first audit for the Top100 rating. Investigations of the system protection, including subsystem of the data archiving, were the main components of its audit and the company passed it successfully.

Rating 1000Start was opened in December, 1997, in the test mode. This service identifies the number of users, who are visiting the web sites by the cookies and the host ids. In the first year of the development, the rating appeared to be the reason for some scandals. However, the system had about ten thousand participants in 2000.

Aport Top 100 is another rating system for a cheap registration. People also know this system as RankeR. It implements the approach "one counter - many pages". More than one thousand resources use this counter at the present time. The last version of RankeR has some new features. The developers rewrote the software implementation of the system's kernel and provided a new design for the web site and counters. One more feature of the design is the twenty six color schemes for each system component.

Users know TopList rating as Counter List.ru. The project started in August 1998 and it received its current name in June, 1999. The service proposes a cheap registration and provides all the necessary reports by the visits dynamics.

In November, 1999, a list.ru service was blocked. Simultaneously, a new counter Spy LOG was released. The owners of the project proposed their users to transfer the resources to SpyLOG.ru. The designers registered about ninety eight thousands resources in Spy LOG system in the beginning of 2001.

Analyzers treat these systems as the main competitors in the Internet ratings market and unfortunately, there are no exact predictions, concerning the positions of the rating systems in the nearest years.
